  • What's your repertoire?
    We’re proud to have a comprehensive repertoire of the very best pop and rock tracks ranging from the 1960s right up to the present day, and we are always adding more to keep it fresh for our audiences! Scroll down to see a sample set list below.
  • Do you take requests?
    While we can’t guarantee that every request will be played, we're more than happy to share our extensive repertoire list with you during the booking process, where you can let us know what you'd like to hear. For wedding bookings, every full-band performance includes one bespoke request, which we will arrange and perform especially for you — many clients choose to have this as their first dance.
  • How long do you take to set up?
    Depending on the size of the band (3pc or 5pc) and the level of production booked, we take around 60-90 minutes to get everything ready. This includes a soundcheck to ensure you get the best possible experience on the dancefloor.
  • How long is a Party Pilots performance?
    Our standard performance timings are for 90 minutes of music, usually split up into 2 x 45 minute sets. We can perform additional sets if desired, and this is something we can discuss with you during our initial consultation.
  • Do you have your own PA and lighting?
    Yes. We have a wide range of PA systems and lighting options available, and these are included in most of our packages (including all wedding packages). You can also upgrade to our Enhanced or Premium production packages for a real visual spectacle. For public performances and corporate events, get in touch to discuss your production requirements — we will work with you (and your tech team) to provide an appropriate set-up.
  • Do you provide music for earlier in the day?
    In addition to our evening band, we can provide the perfect musical backdrop throughout your wedding day from our range of smaller ensembles. From acoustic guitarists to classic jazz ensembles, we are able to find the perfect mood for your ceremony, drinks reception or dinner.
  • Are your prices always the same as in your latest brochure?
    For most bookings, yes! The prices listed on our website are designed to give you an accurate idea of costs. However, for performances over 2 hours from our base in London, we would need to provide a tailored quote during your initial consultation with us.
  • Our venue has a noise-limiter. Is that OK?
    Many clients worry about noise-limiters in their venue. These work by automatically disabling the power sockets used by the band if the sound level reaches a certain limit, indicated by a “traffic light” system on the wall. For private bookings, all of our package options include a dedicated sound engineer who will be able to manage levels on the night and ensure that the sound level stays below the required threshold.
  • Do you have Public Liability Insurance and PAT tested equipment?
    Yes! We’re happy to share details with you and your venue, should this be required.
  • Can you learn our first dance?
    Yes! When you book one of our wedding packages, we’ll gladly arrange a bespoke song request for you at no extra charge, as long as we have enough time to prepare and rehearse, and it’s a song the band can play.
  • Do I need to provide food and drinks?
    The band's standard rider is for a hot meal and soft drinks for each of the band members.
  • Can we see you perform live before booking?
    We would love to welcome you to a Party Pilots gig! Just get in touch if you'd like to pop by for one of our public performances, details of which we regularly share on our socials. We may well be able to arrange tickets for you, so give us a shout!
